1. Who we are

This website, mytizane.com, is run by Tizane ("we", "us"). You can reach us at contact@mytizane.com.

2. These terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to every order you place on it. By placing an order, you accept them. Our Refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy are part of these terms.

3. Our products

Tizane infusions are food products. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you take medication, in particular for blood sugar, ask your doctor before drinking them: mulberry leaf adds to the effect of blood sugar medication. We do not recommend them during pregnancy or breastfeeding. The full ingredient list is on every pack; please read it if you have an allergy.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order, including any offer that applies at that time. Where taxes apply, they are calculated at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order, with the payment methods shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

5. Orders

After placing an order, you receive a confirmation email. We may cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or a product that is no longer available. If we do, we tell you and refund you in full.

6. Delivery

Delivery times, costs and destinations are set out in our Shipping policy.

7. Refunds: the 30-Evening Promise

If Tizane does not become your evening ritual, write to us within 30 days of delivery and we refund you in full. The details are in our Refund policy. This promise comes on top of your legal rights as a consumer.

8. Website content

The texts, photos, logos and product names on this website belong to Tizane or to its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Liability

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate, but it is not medical advice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by a use of our products that does not follow the instructions and warnings on the pack and on this website. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it, in particular for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

10. Personal data

How we collect and use your personal data is explained in our Privacy policy.

11. Applicable law and disputes

If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts of that country. If you have a problem, please write to us first at contact@mytizane.com: most issues are solved in a few emails.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one online when you placed it.
