Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia, as well as to the other countries offered at checkout.

Shipping cost

Delivery is free when you order 3 packs or more. For 1 or 2 packs, standard delivery costs £5 (or the equivalent in your currency, shown at checkout).

Delivery time

Orders arrive in 6 to 12 days. On the product page, you can see an estimated delivery window for your country. Delivery can take a little longer during public holidays and peak periods.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link.

Customs, duties and taxes

Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply. When they are collected at checkout, you see them before you pay. Otherwise, the carrier may collect them on delivery.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away: we can correct it as long as your order has not shipped.

Late or lost parcels

If your parcel has not arrived by the end of the delivery window, or if its tracking stops moving, email us with your order number. We follow up with the carrier, and if the parcel is lost, we send you a new one or refund you.
