The 30-Evening Promise

Try Tizane for 30 evenings. If it does not become your evening ritual, write to us within 30 days of delivery and we refund you in full.

How to ask for a refund

1. Email contact@mytizane.com within 30 days of the delivery date, with your order number.
2. If you like, tell us in a line what did not work for you. It helps us improve our formulas.
3. We usually reply within 1 to 2 business days, and we refund the full amount of your order to your original payment method.

You do not need to send the pack back.

Depending on your bank, the refund appears on your account within 5 to 10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We send you a replacement or refund you, as you prefer.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order free of charge until it ships. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.

Your rights

This promise comes on top of your legal rights as a consumer in your country. It does not limit them.
